Return, Exchange, Refund Policy

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization) before merchandise is returned. Call 312.386.8934 to receive an RMA Number. Exchange or Refund of merchandise will be determined at that time. DO NOT RETURN GOODS WITHOUT CALLING FIRST.
RMA numbers will only be issued within 30 days of receiving merchandise. The Joffrey Ballet reserves the right to replace merchandise with equal or comparible value or to make a monetary refund.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns or exchanges be sent through a traceable carrier. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. Special purchase items may have refund restrictions.
YOU MUST INCLUDE THE RMA NUMBER IN OR ON THE
RETURNED PACKAGE.
Please allow two to four weeks for your return , exchange or refund to be processed depending on return time. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four to six weeks, please contact us.
Damaged or defective Item, item not-received, received wrong item:
If your order was incomplete, damaged, defective or never received, you must contact us immediately at 312.386.8934 durning normal business hours. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
Gift Return:
If you received a gift and do not have a packing slip or order number, please include the name and address of the person who sent you the gift. This information will assist us in locating your order and expedite your request. If you wish to return a product that was received as a gift, the refund will go to the credit card used to purchase it. No exceptions.
